Protect your clients' information.
Know the price before we start.
Written security plans and hands-on protection for tax, legal, medical, and insurance offices. Flat prices, in writing, before any work begins.
Who I work with
Small offices that hold sensitive client information and are expected to protect it.
Tax & accounting
The IRS asks about your written security plan at PTIN renewal. I write it with you, built to IRS Publication 5708.
Medical & dental
HIPAA requires a security risk assessment and written policies. I prepare both for business-hours practices.
Law firms
Client confidentiality depends on secure email, devices, and files. I set them up and keep them that way.
Insurance agencies
Written cybersecurity policies, two-step login, and staff training, sized for a small agency.
How it works
Three steps. You see every price before you decide.
Free office security reviewFree
One hour at your office. I ask how you handle client information and look at your computers, email, and backups. Within two days you get a written list of what I found and fixed prices for your options. No obligation.
